A1: The catalogue login section is different from the downloads section. You can download your shipping documents and individual price-lists from the downloads section using your customer number and password provided by our commercial department. To use the catalogue basket please kindly use another login which is given to you during catalogue login registration.

Q2: How can I send my first inquiry?
A2: Please use our catalogue order/inquiry form. To do this you should register in the catalogue login section, find the part you need, click on the part number to view the details and quality available, and add to basket the part you need.

Q3: How can I see the stock and price info in your catalogue?
A3: Your initial catalogue login will allow you to create your basket only. To view the stock info and/or price, please advise your login name to the sales department which will upgrade your password to view the stock availability and your price-list.

Q4: What does the part number 1556118/S means?
